Commonwealth Games and India

I think the title should be like this -- Commonwealth games In India but as the whole situation explain itself that we are not fully prepared for this.Everybody have their own views on it.Somebody take it as money agreement,public servants take it as a free leave,common people thinks about their problems what they are going to be face by 3rd oct....Even our concerned authorities are not fully prepared.I don't know what we are going  to face....
